Our History
Holly Saleeby Atkins, who served as Chair of the South Carolina Workers’ Compensation Commission from March 1999 through July 2003, is the founding member of Atkins Law Firm and one of the most well-respected workers’ compensation attorneys in the state.
Holly brought a unique perspective to workers' compensation practice, having worked in nearly every aspect of the system – as a defense attorney, a commissioner and an advocate for injured workers. Today, Holly’s legacy continues through Dewana and Joe, who lead the firm’s day-to-day operations and carry forward her commitment to helping injured South Carolinians.
